Sharing what I got in my monthly order. A few staples in our house, plus an old friend: Thieves Mouthwash, Thieves essential oil blend, Valor essential oil blend, and Joy essential oil blend.
I start each day with all of these: mouthwash used to rinse and gargle as well as dip floss in before running it between my gums and teeth, Thieves blend on soles of feet before socks to support immune system (I repeat before bed too and more often if I catch something), Valor on wrist pulse points (love the smell, is calming and empowering), Joy on heart chakra (self explanatory and smells lovely).
